Thanksgiving was of little note at our house, a quiet affair. The last two years we did not have an “at home” thanksgiving. Last year we were at the Childrens House in Baltimore over Thanksgiving; the year before that we went a-calling.  So we were glad to be at home. We had the usual food—turkey, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, a pie (apple, made by me),  mum’s jello salad, and a regular salad. In fact, it was so usual, there really isn’t much point putting up any pictures, because I hardly took any.  So the next day (which, all American’s know, is Black Friday) we betook ourselves up to visit the Relations.  Mum’s side.  We only went for a few hours, because Katya is skittish.
